Ciirus Property Manager 2011.031

Ciirus Property Manager is a full featured application created for running multiple tasks in a property management and reservation system. It is especially designed to operate in the field of vacation rentals and that specialization has required a complex program architecture. Its complexity is revealed when it comes to effectively operating the application, as it is a multi-user, multi-computer tool, allowing a limitless number of administrators who can tune the application from various parts of the world. That wide range mobility is possible because Ciirus Property Manager can be accessed from your office PC, from any internet browser (thus, the location of the administrator is not an issue) or, simply, from your mobile phone. Furthermore, this utility allows every administrator to preset the security options which meet his/her demands, so you’re not limited other people's preferences. However complex this is, the user-friendly interface makes everything easy for you, offering you not only a fully customizable web page of your own, but also all the tools needed to run your business properly: statement accounts, bill payments and much more. The interesting side of this application is that it deals, equally professionally, both with the property management as well as with the guest’s demands.
